Kello VIP Terms & Conditions — Transparently, in plain English

Kello VIP is an international online betting and gaming platform serving members in Bangladesh and other countries. The platform operates under a licence issued by an international gaming regulatory authority.

From the effective date of these terms, all previous versions are considered null and void. Kello VIP reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

Deposited funds are solely for use in betting and games. Any account found to be used for money laundering or other illegal purposes will be closed immediately.

To make a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient balance and a fully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Once a bet is accepted on Kello VIP, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is where the cash out feature is available.

• For bets fully accepted before odds change, the original odds apply.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Kello VIP reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are generally refunded — subject to the specific market and circumstances.
• Correlated bets on the same event (where the outcome of one bet directly affects another) are prohibited.
• The maximum single bet amount varies by match and market, and Kello VIP reserves the right to adjust these limits.

If a bet fails to register during live betting due to an internet disconnection, that is the bettor's own risk. However, if the issue originates on the server side, Kello VIP will endeavour to compensate the affected bettors.

Kello VIP offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback. Each bonus has its own terms, which are listed alongside the respective offer.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Before claiming any bonus, please carefully read the rollover requirements for that specific bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available once only and applies to your first deposit.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus funds — the list of qualifying games is specified in the bonus terms.
• Multiple bonuses generally cannot be used at the same time.
• Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Bonus abuse (including multiple accounts, VPN use, etc.) is a punishable offence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kello VIP and may result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Using false information or multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on outcomes known in advance, or using insider information.
• Software Abuse: Playing games using bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Hacking attempts: Any attempt to breach the platform's security.
• VPN Abuse: Accessing the platform via VPN from a restricted country.

If involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is confirmed, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Kello VIP reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Where evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If identity verification is incomplete or incorrect information is found.
• Where a betting limit has been set at the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Any valid balance in a suspended account is preserved and returned once the review is complete — unless it has been confiscated due to a breach of terms and conditions.

Kello VIP is committed to protecting its members' personal information. The types of data we collect:
